The space is created by the gardeners of Confartigianato Impresa Marca Trevigiana of the Cistercian Monastery of San Giacomo di Veglia.

The garden will be managed by the Terra Fertile Cooperative and many of the people assisted by the cooperative will be involved through social farming initiatives.

The project will be shared by public service providers and supervised by the local health authority of Marca Trevigiana (Ulss 2).

Before the inaugural ceremony, the “Green spaces can heal too” seminar was held thanks to a collaboration between business professionals, design experts, and social and healthcare cooperatives.

Rooted in inclusion, participation and solidarity, the initiative aims to improve the quality of life of people affected by specific disorders.

Andrea Mati and Samantha Pradelli, Head Psychologist of AULSS 2 Marca Trevigiana, also took part.
